Bilingual Services

In response to the growing cultural needs in the field of case management, Aurora Case Management has case managers that are bilingual, as well as bicultural. This facilitates cost effective results in the coordination of care and return to work services for the clients that are served. Communication is a crucial part of case management and an integral component of all of our services. Currently, we have in house counselors who speak Chinese and Spanish. We also offer assistance with other languages such as Ukrainian, Thai, Vietnamese, Russian and Ethiopian
